A practicing Consultant, Coach and Trainer in the field of small business, start up and dental practice development and management, Ms. Calverley has integrated her twenty-six years experience in the dental industry, business, community relations, and marketing, along with her research based approach to help businesses improve their office, staff effectiveness and employee well-being.

Professionally trained in the field of Consulting, Ms. Calverley holds a Masters Degree in Business Psychology from Sonoma State University's Organization Development program and an undergraduate degree in Business Psychology.
